1. my parents inviting the kids for a sleepover.
2. traveling to bloomington tonight to eat at our first date restaurant and watch some hoosier basketball!
3. recalling what we were both feeling leading up to our first date thirteen years ago.
4. E’s excitement at staying home from school to hang with K and me {but only after i convinced him that the game of freeze ball in the gym could go on without him}. priorities.
5. realizing just how well the tubes were working in E’s ears now that they’re not.
6. crowded arenas.
7. wearing your team’s colors.
8. time to talk with keven in the car.
9. pediatricians that “get” you and your kids. {i think mine has picked up on my germ phobia, which is on super high alert at the pediatrician. i don’t let my kids touch anything during our visits. they’re barely allowed to breathe. today when E accidentally put his hands on the floor of the exam office, my pediatrician produced the sanitizer before i could even process the germ possibilities.}
10. having the right sized batteries on hand.
