K meet your teacher 2016

1.  this girl. her smile. her energy. and her excitement over meeting her teacher tonight.

2.  things at the bottom of peoples’ driveways for free. always interesting to see what people are giving away.

3.  basketball hoops that can be lowered for little players.

4.  shutters.

5.  saving a little bit of my ice cream for tomorrow.

6.  time for a longer walk on mondays. and company.

7.  seeing a bumper sticker that you would never put on your own car, but laughing at it.

8.  keven mowing our grass, even after a long day at work.

9.  watching a movie on a random weeknight.

10. getting the kids excited about listening to my music in the car.

    1. School hair cuts
    2. Doing a practice walk around school the day before it starts.
    3. Testing out the new school playground.
    4. Finding a piece of home in the playground and the joy it brought the kiddos.
    5. Family meetings with a mustache ring as a talking stick…. And all the laughs it brought.
    6. Brand new super clean backpacks.
    7. The way they turn your Blizzard upside down at DQ
    8. Getting a compliment on all 3 well behaved children at the store. Yup, my kids, all three…
