1. K counting the members of our family every night when she figures out how many placemats to get out to set the table {as if it has changed!}.
2. playing legos with E even though the house was a disaster and laundry was calling, and then sitting with him at the same table while i worked and he sang christmas carols.
3. spray paint projects. quick. easy. done.
4. my husband holding down the fort at night for lots of meetings lately.
5. K holding tight to my hand for most of our grocery outing. she’s been sassy lately and too big to hold my hand so today was a treat.
6. fresh fruit.
7. getting somewhere early, a church meeting, and seeing all the prayer intention candles glowing through the window.
8. having an indoor lunch picnic with K.
9. setting the timer for 30 minutes to straighten the house and being satisfied with what i could get done in that time.
10. the people magazine subscription keven got me for christmas and reading short articles here and there as a mindless activity.
