    1. Putting up my 4 foot tree my brother gave me in grade 9, in my bedroom, and decorating it with all the “non matching” ordainments that got kicked off our family’s main tree. It’s a beauty of a Charlie Brown tree!
    2. Setting my nativity set my dad made for me when I was little. And I don’t mean to brag about something like this, but my baby jesus is SO cute!
    3. Hearing the news that Nova Scotia and Newfoundland will be powered by hydropower by the year 2016…way to go Atlantic Canada!!!
    4. Hearing good news!
    5. Ultrasound pictures…amazing Erin and Keven.
    6. Emma barking when I say “speak” on speaker phone. Yes she is that smart…Or Steven is making her do it and letting me think I’m making her, either way…cute!
    7. Watching Christmas cartoons with my nieces and us all wearing our matching pj’s.
    8. Driving around the small towns where I lived growing up, and the people driving by you in other cars wave to you all the time! Fun feeling.
    9. Fresh, cold air that makes your cheeks rosy.
    10. Fresh flannel sheets on my bed that my mom made for me. moms make the best beds!

    1. Old photos – nice to see how far we have come!
    2. Holiday baking
    3. Game night with my friends – especially when my team wins
    4. Countdowns and crossing off a day – can’t wait to be home!
    5. Being able to count the number of tests I have left on one hand – a HUGE improvement from two weeks ago.
    6. Knowing the exact score you need to get on a final to get the grade you want!
    7. Chicken fettucini alfredo – my favorite pasta dish other than my dad’s linguine in white clam sauce
    8. Hanging up lights outside with my roommates and going out of our way to come in the front of the driveway (instead of the back entrance) to see them.
    9. Introducing people to movies they haven’t seen – my roommates and I watched Prancer last night.
    10. Knowing that I can always count on my roommates to go to Dairy Queen!
