1. apple picking in my red rain boots and watching the kids decide which apples are worthy of making it into their bags.
2. having someone to call when our roof was leaking today. i know. no fun. but at least i didn’t have to spend an hour researching roofers. i already had one in my contacts that we trust.
3. the sound of the coffee maker heating up and spouting out my coffee.
4. the morning when i have the lights turned way down low so the kids don’t know i am up yet.

6. sitting on the couch with keven for 10 minutes at the end of the day to unwind. it was the only real 10 minutes i saw him today, but i will take it!
7. a new friend texting me her list of 10 LITTLE things for the day {and talking to her about the fun blog she wants to start}.
8. spreadsheets. i love them. all those neatly organized columns! today we made one for E to write down all his ideas so he can figure out whether they are doable before he comes to me and i have to say no. i want to say more yeses but he has some CRAZY ideas! hopefully this helps.
9. when i tell myself i will give C five more minutes of fussing before i go get her, and she falls asleep in those five minutes.
10. buying some really cheap nail polish and it staying on for the past 6 days! {i forgot to include that i bought $3 nail polish in my latest update on my no spending adventures.}
