1. taking the kids to indiana university’s little 500 to remind them how we met and show them around a place that means so much to us.
2. the buildings on iu’s campus. i did not appreciate the beauty and the history when i was a student there but i definitely do now.
3. a bathroom trip with K that turned into us running into ben and lauren from the bachelor and taking a picture with lauren, who was so sweet and nice.
4. balloon releases at big events. there is something about all those colors against the blue sky.
5. watching someone who is really good at their sport.
6. going to church by myself and paying attention.
7. having to really clean my downstairs. there’s nothing like company coming to make me clean all the things i have been putting off.
8. fresh, pink flowers.
9. hosting a baby shower and all the excitement surrounding a baby’s arrival.
10. lots of dessert choices.
