LITTLE daily lists

welcome new subscribers!! since there are so many of you due of this year’s lent challenge, i just wanted to explain quick about this list. every day i think of 10 LITTLE things that made me stop, smile, and thank God, even on the hardest of days. the list is shared {along with other posts} in hopes it will make you smile or remind you to notice the LITTLE things in your own life. i am excited for you to join me in this daily routine after the 40 day challenge ends. if you want more information on how this daily habit began, you can read more LITTLE background here. and a big thank you to all the friends who have been here for awhile. i am so thankful for you!

1.  homemade birthday cakes. the whole time i made this i was thinking of my mom and the cakes she used to make for us.

2.  kid birthday parties and celebrating E for a whole weekend. here are E’s LITTLE things from that time when he begged me to be on the blog.

2.  days when no one has to be out the door at an early time.

3.  that first hot sip of coffee in the morning.

4.  deciding to put our throw pillows in front of the fireplace instead of on the couch. now, no one kicks them on the floor all day long.

5.  how excited kids get to spend the tickets they earn from arcade games.

6.   rompers on babies.

7.  watching the olympics with keven and how the sport switches often to keep it interesting.

8.  rearranging my valentine’s flowers into more than one vase so i can enjoy them in more than one place.

9.  pockets.

10.  three day weekends.
