1. the nice receptionist at the heating and cooling place that recommended i first change my filter before they came out to check why the heat wasn’t working. that did the trick and saved me a lot of money!
2. our roof leak turning out to be only a minor repair instead of a whole new roof like i thought. yep, it’s been that kind of week. but the LITTLE things are there!
3. giant pink bows and toes to entertain.
4. wearing my two favorite sweaters in black and gray on repeat.
5. finding something in its right place {which means i thankfully put it away correctly the last time it was used}.
6. time at my parents’ house.
7. multiple members of the church choir coming up to tell us they were watching sweet C’s smiles for the whole mass. glad she behaved herself!
8. seersucker.
9. getting all the fingers in the glove holes on the first try {for the kids}.
10. sleeping through the night {after a few rough ones with C} but even during the rough ones, thinking, at least i am not up because someone is sick. perspective!
