- my sister having an extra gate when ours broke.
- watching C toddle around on her new walking legs.
- countdowns. and a new countdown to april when justin timberlakes concert has been rescheduled!
- a whole room with santa all to ourselves so the kids could go up more than once {and C liking today’s santa better than she liked yesterday’s}.
- getting a whole cheese pizza just for ourselves and watching home alone after the kids go to bed.
- white AND colored lights on the tree. i like options.
- making myself get up an hour before the kids for the past 3 weeks and loving it. getting back into routines feels good.
- my pillow. there is nothing special about it. but i can tell it is mine and i like it better than anyone else’s in the house!
- getting clothes up off the floor.
