1. tic tacs. and the amazing bribing power they had today at family pictures. {and also my sister thinking i said i’d bought kit kats, which obviously would be the worst idea ever during super hot and sunny family pictures.}
2. wearing a plaid shirt and cutoffs and feeling like fall.
3. ordering the right amount of pizza.
4. C’s disinterest in her cupcake. we were all ready with video and cameras, and nothing really happened. but she was still darn cute.
5. having just enough wipes left in the container.
6. forgetting one of C’s shoes for pictures but finding an extra pair in the car.
7. matching outfits.
8. neighbors who love your kids like their own. especially ones who will make you a whole birthday cake when the first two you try totally fail!
9. doing the cupid shuffle with my teenage neighbors.
