hello friends. i proudly welcome you to the newly made-over notice the LITTLE things blog.  who doesn’t love a good before and after? this LITTLE blog began its career in 2010. the blog has always been about taking the time to notice the LITTLE things that wait quietly to spark joy in your day. before, when the blog originally took shape, i was trying to be very universal in the blog’s appeal.  i wanted everyone to be able to share in the positivity i experienced when i made a daily habit of noticing the LITTLE things.  i had a good following but the blog needed a personality boost.

fast forward to 2015 and the after in this makeover story.  i wanted to revamp the blog to include those things in my life that give me purpose.  my faith is the most important aspect of my life. my family and friends keep me sane. i am a girly-girl.  things like parenting, DIY, and organizing make me happy.  i have a great respect for the craft of writing {and lowercase letters}. i want to be able to share these things freely when i write my little things.

so, whether you are returning or a new friend, i welcome you to notice the LITTLE things. you might not be a girly, God-seeking, mothering, DIY, organizer.  your favorite colors might not be aqua, coral, and gray.  but, i hope you stay anyways.  everyone can benefit from taking the time each day to notice the LITTLE things.  they are there for you, just waiting for you to notice and change the pace of your day.
