1. watching my students play together at recess.
2. my colorful running shorts from meghan and always hoping they are clean so i can wear them to work out.
3. new wrapping paper.
4. remembering to take the trash or recycling out.
5. air conditioned school buses.
6. everything being really green outside after a big storm.
7. seeing pine trees with really straight trunks all in a row or group.
8. a fresh book of stamps.
9. replying to caitlin and joe’s wedding invitation. 2 months!
10. automatic headlights.

The following little things all emerged during that time when you have ONE thing that needs to get done, so everything else gets done instead…
1. Finding a creative use for something you were going to throw out
2. Lysol wipes
3. Saving paper by printing on the back of something old
4. Cleaning your coffee cup so it’s ready to go the next morning
5. Post-it notes
6. Colorful file bins
7. Headphones with long cords
8. Dual highlighter/pens
9. When you can see the difference between what you’ve dusted and what you haven’t (yes, it means you’ve waited too long to dust, but there’s a lot of satisfaction in being able to see the difference!)
10. A spotless desk…(which makes the wordless paper seem less important)
