1. back to the future part 2 thinking this date would be the “future.” it seemed so far away back in the 80’s!
2. thinking i was going to wake up, work out, work, go to the grocery, and make brownies all before E’s 12:00 halloween party. i succeeded in waking up and working. i have to laugh. i really need to lower my expectations!
3. the smaller grocery cart being so much more maneuverable.
4. nail polish and no chips yet on the fourth day.
5. our magnificent tree in the front yard.
6. outlet malls.
7. E and K getting halloween cards from my aunt sue who is so nice to think of them.
8. being able to choose what to bring to a party. i always choose dessert.
9. my husband being so excited about his brother in town {and us too}.
10. helping with E’s halloween party and watching all the kids do the craft. every single one looked different even though they were all given the same directions. his teacher is a saint.
