meet tristan.
oh my goodness friends like tristan just don’t come around that often. i hardly know where to start. once upon a time, we sat next to each other at theta dinner at indiana university. we bonded over having only sisters {she has two, i have three} and curly hair {hers was under control, mine was not}. i have no idea what else we talked about, but it must have been good because we became friends, then roommates. she knows all the things. if you bribe her with red and green sour patch kids, she might share an embarrassing story or two. about me. not herself. eek.
in college she liked taking tests {yes, tests??}, diet coke even if it was warm, grilled cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and salon selectives hairspray. since then, she’s become a doctor {i know. so easy, right?}, wife, and supermama of three {among so many other things}.
today, she’s agreed to be my guinea pig for the first edition of

here is tristan’s LITTLE list for 9.23.16
1. helpful customer service representatives
2. puppies fresh from the groomer
3. a full bag going to goodwill
4. reading bedtime stories in the car so we can get straight to bed when we are getting home late.
5. reading Harry Potter to my son W and looking forward to it just as much as he does.
6. watering my mums 5 days in a row…normally i forget by day 3.
7. looking forward to kings island tomorrow.
8. knowing i should pack lunch for a car trip tomorrow but relaxing on the couch instead.
9. reading brown bear with my daughter C and listening to her make the animal sounds.
10. googling “how to get crayon off car interior” and getting an answer that works!
