4. my family’s tradition of ordering a cookie cake for birthdays and writing something outlandish instead of happy birthday. tonight, my sister molly had them write “2016 arm wrestling champ” because i beat my sisters in an impromptu and hilarious arm wrestling competition last week. to make it even funnier, my mom had to pick up the cake, not knowing the message. the cake decorator was like “oh are you the arm wrestling champ?”
