when i started the routine of noticing 10 LITTLE things a day, i wanted to tell everyone how different i felt. i felt less rushed and more present. this simple habit created so much awareness, so much joy in every kind of day. even the not-so-perfect kinds. i wanted everyone to know they could have this too.
sounds cliche, right? i know. but i don't know how else to explain it. so i shared my LITTLE things. at first, with anyone who would listen and through a daily email. the most surprising thing was when other people started to stop me to tell me about their own LITTLE things.
it has always been my crazy dream that this noticing habit would catch on. that others might discover the power of the LITTLE things. that's what this page is all about.
